How Does It Work ?
Our standard program is a unique year-long experience combining dedicated childcare and cultural exchange. Au pairs provide up to 35 hours of care per week, not to exceed 7 hours per day. Hours are flexible, so you can work with your au pair to create a schedule to accommodate your family's needs.
OZ Aupair makes it simple for you as a family to locate the ideal Au Pair! Here's how it works;
Step 1
Complete the Application Form with your family details, references and preferred program start date.
Step 2
After reference checks are completed, a member of our team will schedule a time to have a telephone interview.
Step 3
At the successful completion of the application and interview, you will family receive an information pack containing a step-by-step introduction to the program and what to expect as host family.
Step 4
We completes a matching process based on our extensive database of available Au Pairs. A suitable au pair's profile based on your family's requirements will be sent to you. The Au Pair will be sent your family's profile at the same time.
Step 5
Upon completion of the telephone interview you may either select the applicant or choose to reenter our selection pool.
Step 6
If you choose to select the Au Pair, a start date is finalized and an agreement for your family and the Au pair is sent for both parties to sign.
